Have anyone here checked the constructed plane's true position with the most material condition? I have tried to use the legacy and FCF methods, but both way do not allow me to add the most material conditions.
As shown in the picture below, I have checked PLN1 to PLN4. Then, I created two constructed PLN5 and PLN6 and applied the true position function. But what happened is CMM report always shows it's out of tolerance. I believe if I am able to add the most material conditions, the result is supposed to be right as our shop made 2.040/2.060 dimensions at a low limit. Any recommendations or ideas or comments, please let me know.
