Full screen comment images not displaying in subroutines

Hello all,

I have a strange issue with displaying images in full screen operator comment windows which are inside subroutines. The comment window appears in full screen, but the image never displays. If I copy the same comment code into a blank PRG file and just run it, then the image will appear - so PC-DMIS is able to find and display the image fine. Just not from a subroutine. Anyone else seen this or know what I'm doing wrong?

I'm running 2020 R2 SP14

  • I've found that similar issue but without the use of subroutines. How we've corrected the prompt issue in past is to 'F9' the prompt, 'remove media' then select 'OK', 'F9' the prompt and reselect the original image then select 'OK'.
    That usually satisfies the issue and enables the prompt to appear with the image again.

    The other help to reduce the occurrence was to save the images in a folder along with the program file so everything is localized. HTH
