Feature Set for Profile in Version 2021.1

Hi, I'm sorry if there is already a post explaining this. I did the search, but couldn't find it.
I'm trying to use a feature set (SCN) of points for linear profile. For some reason this particular program will not let me do it.
I literally did it yesterday on a different program. I was able to limp along by using legacy, but it is a substitute.

I know I'm missing something, but need you guys to help me.

It's probably that you have a line-profile and are trying to select a feature that is not along a linear track.
I bet if you used the surface profile selection you would see your feature set.

Thanks.
I did try that just now and it only offered me surfaces. Could I have changed a setting? I brought these programs up from version 2018 to 2021. I think that may have some affect on it.

It's probably nothing you're doing differently, many options that make mathematical sense are no longer allowed in 2021.

Hi, just a follow up. The SCN Feature set does work for a linear profile in version 2021.1. I have it working on 2 other programs. I think I saved this program from v. 2018 to 2021.1 and answered one of the
questions wrong while converting. Anyway. I'm good to go!
