Having an issue with custom disk probe

Hi, I am having an issue building a custom disk probe for pc-dmis CAD Version 2017 R2 Release - build #1424 (Service Pack 14).

Here is what I have:

Problem is when I go to calibrate the probe with the artifact it moves way below the artifact and doesn't touch.
Including the print for the probe.

Any help will be great.

    Likely some other aspect of the probe build is wrong (some machines have adapters between the Z-ram and the probe head.

    Alternatively the probe build for the probe used to define the reference sphere (aka Master probe) is wrong so in effect the reference sphere is location is wrong.

    Or perhaps the calibration settings are wrong (start and end angle)
