You Tube is a great way to learn. I also recommend this forum as it has helped me out learning things I didn't know. Most employers are willing to pay for training as well to the proper candidates. I had my level 1 and 2 certifications paid for by my previous employer. Get the basics down and go from there...learn to walk before you run
