i measured the outside diameter as a cylinder that .938 is dimensioned from, i also measured the counter bore as a cylinder
i created a variable to extract the exact location of the counter bore cylinder in my case the x coordinate that i need.
then i created a line at the exact location of the center of the counterbore using the variable as my theo target so if the counterbore is slightly off it will take that into account when it measures the line.
Then i created a pierce point where the line meets the outside cylinder and then i dimensioned the depth of that point and i'm pretty close to nominal
