I have a part that I've been working on programming that has some grooves that continue around the perimeter of the part and are labeled accordingly on the drawing. I figured scanning would make sense and I'm trying to get the distance between the 2 scans perpendicular to each other.
Any thoughts on best way to achieve this? Attached is a section of it with and example of the features that go around it.
There's a thickness gauge command specifically for this. Can't really explain more right now, but if you look in the help files it should get you started.

I had been looking into it, and thought it sounded like what I was looking for, but I was having trouble getting it to work because the features loop around the part. I'll give it another try with the constructed scan segments
