I'm assuming that you hit "generate" again after moving your 1 and 2 points?
in the past, I have had some trouble getting a scan to generate in specific areas. Most of the time, it was because I edited my location manually of each location/vector setting. If I move the scan .0001in from where it wouldn't work, sometimes it would. Some scans looked like it completely skipped over random areas.
I chalk this up to something possibly wrong with the model (assumption) and i move to one of the other scans and it works fine. Linear closed, linear open, or perimeter. One will always work for me.
