Phantom Features

So the person I am training is doing some practice programming on the Hexagon training block. During her manual alignment, she had created a point, and then deleted it in the code but the feature label and the point remained.

The same thing happened when she created a line between the center circle and an edge. She deleted the feature from the code but in the graphic display window it was still there. I attached some photos of what I'm talking about. When I right click on the feature id and select move cursor to it highlights the last line in the code. (see photo 3) I deleted every line of code but the line persisted.

I have been around the block a time or two and I know that when the Demon starts doing strange things..... she about to crash. We re-executed the manual alignment and the line disappeared and no crashes as of yet.

Anyone else see this before? any ideas as to why its happening?
