2022.2 SP5 - Assignment issue

Hi all,
I have a do/until containing a cylinder with different Z values (in an array). The axis cylinder is along X.
PC-DMIS reads the right values (checked in a comment), but doesn't change the theo and target values, so I measure always the same cylinder.
In the edit window, when I change the Z value by the assignment, the demon doesn't ask me if "V5 is the assignment" (or something like this), but it asks the question when I insert the comment !!!!!
Is it a bug, or is it just a new enhancement hidden somewhere in the setting editor, F5 or somewhere else ?????

I do not recall ever having the software ask me about the variable when plugging it into a feature, only when I use a variable using writeline. However, I have had issues with the software recently where the variables do not work in adaptive scans, especially with clearplanes. (Which I have not had a chance to completely finalize with Hex Techs yet..too many things on my plate right now...)

I tested offline, it seems to work fine with 2d features (planes, circles) and not with 3D features (cones, cylinders).
However, it shouldn't be very complicated?

Update : it works on 2022.1 sp7 with cylinders.
Doesn't work on 2017 offline.

Where is the hidden parameter ?????????
