When PCdmis switches form the tactile probe to the HPL 10.10 and picks up the laser scanner i am getting errors about the laser not connecting. the machine still moves but the laser will not scan, calibrate, and continues to show error messages. they usually say Invalid Sensor initialization, or sensor initialization error. i have restarted all the boxes and the machines multiple times. when the laser is in the warming rack it shows the light on but when it picks it up it will not connect. any help is appreciated. thank you.
