Setting up probes in the Probe Utilities window and using a Probe file from a working CMM using PC-DMIS 2022.2.
My Z center and K shank vector flip signs on me when I re-set tips. I'm using the same settings as the working CMM, with machine home in the same position both arms are (DEA/Vento)
Also, I seem to have a 5mm difference that pops up between machine X position and my Probe Cal. After establishing with the reference probe, next probe misses the sphere, and I check the new X position shows a 5mm difference in X (Longitudinal axis) in Tool Cal program compared to machine coordinates. Tool Cal program alignment checks out.
