How to measure this in the best way?

Hello,

I am stuck with a conundrum for a part we're measuring - what would you guys think the best way to measure the 154,9 ± 2 mm dimension is?

The profile of any line is measured by best-fit with the coordinates reference points, but the view in the red square has a different alignment, with an origin in the bracket.
I would like to best-fit align this view as well but lock the 76,3 dimension only, is this possible?

I would level on the plane around K1, then measure the 2D distance between circles, and ASSIGN/V1=SQRT(dist^2-76.3^2)

Create an offset line between the hole and the pipe end @ 76.3 mm distance from the hole. Align using this line and the bracket plane, origin in plane and hole.

The created offset line should represent either of the horizontal leader lines for dimension 76.3.
