Extracting highs and lows for Profiles

I'm working with a large volume of parts that are mostly profile driven. Is there a way to output the high and low of many profiles as a dimension(s) itself?

  • You can export your report to an Excel file and extract the min and max there. Just use Excel's MIN and MAX functions on a range.

If you are trying to go across many parts, you will get many files (one for each part), but the method will still be the same.

Yes, it's a workaround, but I use it for high/low hole diameters, profiles, so one, within a single part, because PC-DMIS has no built-in facility to do this.
