Our plant has a Global S on the floor where dust is flying 24x7. I attached pictures for advise how to clear dust to maintain the machine . And how often should I try to clean ?

Those dust covers are removable. Each end is fixated by velcro. You can remove those covers momentarily while the machine is not running and use air to clean them up. Use isopropyl alcohol to clean the granite where the air bearing glides along and along any moving track components like the Z and X axis'. Be careful of the glass scales to not scuff them up. You can lightly clean them with a clean room wipe and isopropyl alcohol.
