I need help with measuring TP

Good morning All,
I have a problem with TP. The position of the cylinders on the cone is at an angle. I need to understand why TP is out of tolerance if the diameter and position of these cylinders are correct.
Every tip is valuable.

-A- -> TOP PLN ( Z+ )
-B- ->ID CYL in center ( Z+ )
-C- -> cylinder on the side ( Y-)

Sorry, maybe I didn't explain this whole situation in technical terms. I got everything I needed. Thank you all for your help. The problem in this part is DATUM B ( 31.0025 +/- .0025). Cylindricity is .0095, not perpendicular to datum A (.00641). Everything else works.

Caemgen "I don't know anyone that thinks in polar coordinates."
Sometimes I have to think in polar coordinates when the drawing requires it. I do not have the locations of these holes and the report is not for the operator but for the customer to show that everything is where it should be according to the drawing.

does the drawing call for cylindricity and perpendicularity ? if it's not on the drawing you don't need to report it.
