2023.2 sp1 regenerate hits not working as expected

No CAD, measure circles. If i open the circle an set the hits at a nominal z height and check regenerate hits, copy to actuals , the z hits in the edit window do not change. If I change the number of hits, then it works. Does the same for planes. Is this normal behavior? If not I will submit a case.

    Interesting, i had exactly the same problem just the day before yesterday, but in version 2021.2.

    Deleting the circle, turning off pcdmis and restarting the pc solved the problem in the short term.
    I've only had this error once in my life and can't reproduce it​
