2023 position best fit but use active alignment for XY output

We have an internal feature that has no clocking datum, so we would like the Geotol to allow for a 'best fit'

But we would like to output XY based on an active alignment setup.

Is there a way to leave the degrees of freedom open in Geotol for the position check but then define a clocking XY rotation for the output for machinists to use?

Create your alignment and then set the DISPLAY_COORDS to CURRENT_ALIGNMENT. The position's measured value will be based on your datum reference frame but X Y & Z values will be from your current alignment.
