Lower matrix not Coming in.

My Lower matrix isn't coming in and I'm wondering if there are any tips that can help?

Along with this the reason I'm doing a lower matrix calibration is because our CMM will run for a few days then it starts to show non-conforming parts, so we run a known good part witch came back bad, so we started with cleaning the tips, scales and table. re-ran the known good part and still bad then we moved on to normal calibration, calibrating all tips we use in all of our programs. after that we ran the part again and it still came back bad, so cleaned everything again and moved to do a lower matrix calibration. Now we are to the point where my lower matrix look like this after an attempt to run it.

  • I think it's not for old LSPX1 sensors, but for LSPX1 changer (3 ports).
It's still available in the core manual :
"This step starts the calibration process for the LSPX1 / HR-X (HR-X1-3P Probe Changer. The calibration process uses a special probe that is a cylindrical shape. You do not need to calibrate it, but you must define it at the wrist angle that is needed for the calibration."
