Safety check for Z HEIGHT location

Question

I tried searching for this in numerous ways but could not find it. 
 What I am trying to do is prevent a program from running unless the probe is at a certain minimum z height, so that when it rotates it doesn't slap the granite. 
 This has been an issue when CNC machine operators stop the program mid-stream, and then think they can just hit play again with the probe down near the granite at A90B180.

 That is super helpful and will prevent around 90% of crashes. I enabled this in all our programs.
