Hello , currently using PCDMIS 2018R2 with laser Scanner HPL 10.6 on a Dual Arm CMM. While running program the Point cloud for Arm2 will disappear and cannot get it back. So i have to go back and rescan all those features. Any ideas on why this could be happening ?

I will pass this across to the PC-DMIS team to follow up. When I do you will not be able to add comments to the post until you add PC-DMIS as a Product in Nexus.
Scroll to the top of the screen, Click Back to Dashboard.
Then Click + Product and search for PC-DMIS and add it. or click on the link below and click Add to My Products.

This will give you permission to add and contribute in the PC-DMIS community
