Auto Writing Report Not Dumping Into Secondary Folder

Good morning, 
 
 Yesterday I added the report prompt where you specify a location on the drive for the report to write to after program execution. 
 Everything worked. With a couple exceptions. I was hoping someone could shed some light on it for me. 
 So my file path is set up as such Q:/CMM Reports/Vendor/Vendor Part Number. 
 
 However, PC Dmis just places it in the main Vendor folder, not the part number folder. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Also, how can I get the reports to update upon program completion without overwriting the other?

You need to structure your file path like this: Q:\CMM Reports\Vendor\Vendor Part Number\( name of your file) . The last part of you file path is what your file name will be. In your report settings have it set to auto and it should index the file when printing, preventing it from overwriting your other reports.
