We have a computer, running windows 10, that cannot properly communicate with our servers. We have tried all the standard fixes. Nothing seems to work. Our IT professional said that there is an issue that doesn't make sense, something about a port being opened and closed at the same time, and instead of wasting time tracking down the problem we are wanting to wipe the computer and reinstall everything, including windows.
My question is this. Will the computer communicate with the CMM controller automatically?
