open online program in offline mode?

i created a new program and selected "offline" when making it.

closed and re-opened and it only wants to run in "online" mode.

thoughts?

you have to select offline again when opening it.

the INTERFACE dropdown at the bottom of the OPEN pop-up

while i've got you...

how do i select looped circles for a constructed circle?

the location characteristics populated as ci1[4] etc... but the features did not. all ive got tis the original cir1[1]...

thoughts?

This is the correct syntax from what I remember.
