Hello all, I recently adjusted a program to use a new alignment and deleted the old ones. The program runs fine but now I get a message that says recall/align missing ID.
Who know what this message means and how to correct it?
Thanks.

I've seen this happen to me recently, and no idea what causes it. I fiddled with my alignments and saw this.
RECALL/ALIGNMENT,INTERNAL,A2 RECALL/ALIGNMENT,INTERNAL,A2:INTERNAL
For some reason my recall alignment was adding another internal at the end, when it usually looks like the first example. Try looking for that. I can't remember if I fixed it by removing the extra "internal" or not.

The message means that the alignment name is missing from the recall command - so it's essentially empty and doesn't know what to recall.
I have gotten the same error message as the poster, even when my alignment name is not missing. It also added an extra "internal" to the end of an alignment.
