Maybe it's very simple, but I don't know how to look at it to determine DATUM H, which is the angle.
I need your advice on how to define DATUM H ... picture below.

Maybe it's very simple, but I don't know how to look at it to determine DATUM H, which is the angle.
I need your advice on how to define DATUM H ... picture below.
I will be grateful for any help.
Measure each edge of that 39.48° angle as a line, with the line's vectors pointing away from the center of the circle.
Construct intersect/pierce points for the lines, as they intersect the corner of the edge, at the outer diameter.
Then construct a single midpoint of those two line-to-outer diameter midpoints.
Construct a line from center of circle, to the midpoint.
Rotate about that mid-line.
