no way would I do something like that (and I still use V3.7). That is insane, but, I have DatapageRT, that's where I get my data for Excel. Looks to me like they were too cheap to get an SPC software and decided that insane amounts of manual effort (and associated costs) were 'cheaper' than purchasing an SPC package.
