f10, go to the motion tab, or you can just start typing prehit and hit tab. 

If you are a new CMM Programmer, I would talk to your people about sending you to some formal training, I believe they go over all of this in level 1 course. 

I’ve had all my training it’s just been awhile since I’ve programmed and I’m not used to doing outside bores but thank you training couldn’t hurt !

nothing went in ? that's odd. are you talking about the circular moves or the clearplanes in between the hits. 

If you mean the circular moves then yeah nothing should go in, you need the contact parameters field to be open if you want to change it quickly, I rarely f9 anything because I'm too lazy. but if you define the circular moves in the f9 dialog box then you wouldnt have to do that step it should say circular then. 

Sorry, let me explain better. The clearplanes between hits. So when I paste in the MOVE/CLEARPLANE it clearly is pasting in, I see the cursor move, but it isn't visible. But when I change
"SHOW CONTACT PARAMETERS=YES" to NO, then back to YES again, the clearplane is visible. Just a quirk of PC-DMIS I'd wager. But it IS working. Thanks.

no problem, odd that it is not showing in because they automatically appear for me, do you have the show hits open ? usually I keep the "Show Feature Parameters" Closed and my show contact parameters open

Is your mouse cursor at the top of your program? Put it to the bottom. The offset comes from earlier alignments I believe. Your cursor position within your program determines what alignment view you are in on the graphics display window

Also not my TP is off as well 

Put your cursor in the final alignment you used, what does it look like there?
