Morning all.
We have a Global S Chrome 12.15.12 which runs 24x5 plus weekends. The last weekends some programs gave wrong results about certain probe angles. Our process is that operator needs to calibrate all related angels before runs any program. I checked the calibration records which showed it was followed.
This morning there still had some failures until I restarted the controller , then everything go back to normal.
I tried to identify a potential collision during last weekend, I connected the controller with 100.0.0.1 which only showed something in last 2 hours. I know sometime PC-DMIS would send out error emails to Hexagon after collision. I wonder whether and where I could check those major collision data.
My purpose is to setup rules for operators to follow: When and what happens, the operator need to restart the controller.
