Probe Vector will not Calculate when calibrated.

Which version of PC-DMIS are you using?

Can you try deleting the probe file (probe file is stored in: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Hexagon\PC-DMIS\<version>\.prb file) and create it again?

what probe head do you have? I have only seen 2.5 , 5 and 7.5 degree increments on the hexagon heads. now if you have a revo, thats whole different animal with its own issues. 

I have a PH10M head.  I have attached a picture to show what is not updating.  The i,j,k. won't calculate, and if I change it manually, the reset will revert back to this setting.  I will try and delete the probe file and recreate it as Naveen has suggested.  But the default reset will not update.

if you DON'T do a shank calibration, it won't calculate the shank vector.  look at the results and see the HEAD calibrated vector

but isn't the "shank calibration" not functional? 

are you getting an error message that the tip failed? Try  loading your "master" probe at A0B0 and calibrate it let PC-dmis know the qualification tool has moved take a manual hit on the top of the cal sphere and let it finish the try to calibrate your 2mm probe.

In my attachment you can see the I,J,K is 1,0,0.  the problem is I know that the angle vectors should be 0, -0.866, -0.5, but it will not calculate when the "reset" data is selected.  The attachment is what it says when "reset" is selected.  After I calibrate it, it will not change to the correct vectors.  I don't seem to have this issue with straight probe build.  Just seems to be when the 5 way is used and I only use tool #4 location. It ends up just an L shape probe.

I have deleted the probe file and create a new on, but same output.

I have tried to use the shank Cal, but that don't seem to work either.

I do have a master probe and use the Yes every time.  

I guess the next question is what determines the "reset" values and what needs to be done to update that?
