  • When doing calibration, only select Angle A0B0. When you select measure, choose the "Yes tool has moved" middle option to manually touch / locate the sphere because it has "moved". Then any other tip going forward, when you click measure, you select "No".

Parameter is in your image above "Parameter Sets". You select all the angles to be calibrated in the set, then type in a name in the empty Box to the left of "save".

  • Akash, no disrespect intended, however based on your recent posts I'm guessing you have been "chosen" or "volen-told" to run the CMM in your shop. I would highly suggest you get the proper training from Hexagon. The forum is a great source of knowledge and there are a lot of helpful people here but you need the foundation of basic fundamentals be to be effective. Hexagon has onsite training but you should get into the 101, 201 / 202 training courses they offer at their facility. It will benefit your shop to a greater extent to get you trained up over a few weeks and not have you there then to keep relying on you to try and figure out pc-dmis on your own.
