About location inquiry

Datums B and C are width dimensions so, personally, I'm of the opinion that you should be using constructed widths for those datums instead of lines.  Either way, if the drawing is calling out position, that's the control you should use (unless of course it's a situation where the engineer should have used a better suited control for that characteristic).

If I change the straight lines, I get too many incorrect results when I query the location. The part is too small and there is too little space for me to get a point. So what do you think is the correct query option for querying in this way?

I think regardless of what feature you use you should report TP because it's called out on the drawing.  Unless I'm looking at the drawing incorrectly.

Using a Feature Location is not okay if your drawing calls out a TP.  Feature locations will give you a "box" dimension which isn't the same as the diametric tolerance zone that TP gives you.

Then is geometric questioning by putting a cast dot on a dot the right option?

Honestly I can't give you solid answer based on the images you provided.  I'd need a better look at the drawing and/or model.  I also don't speak French but I see the word pins.  Are those pins?  And if so can you probe them as circles or cylinders?

The dots you see in the picture are a pin, yes. I can't get a cylinder or a circle because it is too small. I can get a dot on it.

I added a Cast(dot) on the point because it is a pin.

If you're looking for the location of the axis of the pins, probing a point on the top of them isn't going to tell you that.
