Newbie with concerns

Hello, I am new to this forum and to PCDMIS. We just purchased an Infinite Romer with PCDMIS man 4.3. I have been using a Faro for about 4 years and varoius other CMM's and scanners.
As I look through the forum it looks like there may be some support personnel browsing around, is this so?
How would most people rate the service they get from Hexagon support? Is it prompt, do they send out patches for fixes? Can you actually talk to a human?
I ask this because if I am buying a product I expect it to work correctly and if there are problems I expect them to be addressed. Work arounds are alright for an immediate fix but as I said and I'm sure all would agree, if I paid for it, it better to work.
Am I in line for a good experience?

...in all honesty, the Tech Support is knowledgable...it just takes for-e-ver to actually speak with one..but usually when you hang up you know how to fix your problem(s)...

I have been spoiled a bit by a company named Origin Checkmate when it comes to customer support, I like it when a company backs up it product. I just see all of the issues that have been posted and I wanted a little feed back from people, maybe spark a conversation.
