Romer not responding

We just purchased a Romer Infinite 2.0 six axis arm a couple of months ago. For whatever reason I will start taking hits and the arm will just stop responding. It won’t take a hit and it won’t beep. It doesn’t happen all the time, it’s sporadic. Has anyone experienced this problem? Any suggestions? If I exit PC DMIS and then start it back up it will start working again.

  • We have the same issue as well. So far it hasn't happened often enough to cause us trouble. We just restart PCDmis. At least with 4.3 it's a fast restart. That was a nice improvement over older versions.

    We are running an original Infinite (5000 series), not a 2.0, so I'd say it's not limited to the arm version. Maybe it's the cable?
