We just purchased a Romer Infinite 2.0 six axis arm a couple of months ago. For whatever reason I will start taking hits and the arm will just stop responding. It won’t take a hit and it won’t beep. It doesn’t happen all the time, it’s sporadic. Has anyone experienced this problem? Any suggestions? If I exit PC DMIS and then start it back up it will start working again.
We have the same issue as well. So far it hasn't happened often enough to cause us trouble. We just restart PCDmis. At least with 4.3 it's a fast restart. That was a nice improvement over older versions.
We are running an original Infinite (5000 series), not a 2.0, so I'd say it's not limited to the arm version. Maybe it's the cable?
