We just purchased a Romer Infinite 2.0 six axis arm a couple of months ago. For whatever reason I will start taking hits and the arm will just stop responding. It won’t take a hit and it won’t beep. It doesn’t happen all the time, it’s sporadic. Has anyone experienced this problem? Any suggestions? If I exit PC DMIS and then start it back up it will start working again.
Hmm. It could be the cable. I will change it. That would be a cheap fix. Its not that big of a deal for us either. But we have some parts to check that have hundreds of dimensions. I would hate to be half way thru the program and then the arm stops responding and have to strar over.
