We just purchased a Romer Infinite 2.0 six axis arm a couple of months ago. For whatever reason I will start taking hits and the arm will just stop responding. It won’t take a hit and it won’t beep. It doesn’t happen all the time, it’s sporadic. Has anyone experienced this problem? Any suggestions? If I exit PC DMIS and then start it back up it will start working again.
I have been having the same issue with the romer that my company recently purchased. It sounds like the issues that our machine is having are more severe than what is being described on this forum. I have had the machine freeze several times per hour some times within about 5 min. intervals. If anyone has a fix for this please post up.
