Transform cad

Cad someone give me the skinny or point me in the direction of a help file that explains transforming cad. I have cad in car position and I want to set it to print position, I do not need to report car position. I have a plane and 2 circles to align to.
I must've slept through this in training.

Select your feature you want to transform to, either an autofeature or measured feature (measure the cad basically) Then in Operation | Graphics Display | Transform, enter the values, you will need to add a minus to move the cad back to the origin. You may need to do the same with rotation. Then do some playing!
