feature control frame (seems to be not to size)

see attached:

seems that my feature control frame is shrunk. I can barely see in it. The fields are selectable, but I can't see anything to select it.

I recently installed a patch (oct 2010 release)
I was able to see the FCF before and it worked fine.

anyone know why this is?

I have found the fix for this:

Download the attached file(and extract the .TIF file)

Using the Control Panel, select Fonts.
Find the old GD&T font in the list and delete it.

Then select - File | Install New Font. At the Add Font dialog, navigate to where you saved the attached font, select it and it will install it.

You will then have to restart the pc.
