Length check off?

Had problems this weekend. Not sure if someone was playing or what? But when I do the (5) Lengths in the uliities for the Romer Arm there is a problem. The 5-6 reading is right (See Below) . Arm locations are the one given in the training manual.

Any help out there?

  • Do you have results from previous checkouts? When was the last time it was calibrated?

    Sounds like the arm may have been dropped or taken a hit. Look for any obvious signs of damage to the arm and probe.

    Contact romer tech support- you may need to send it in for repair and/or calibration.
