So one of my current probe bodies has a 3mm x 10mm probe tip on it. I have some 3mm x 15mm probe tips that I want to install onto this same probe body. What do I need to change so the Romer arm will know that probe body now has a longer probe tip installed on it? Has anyone gone through the steps of doing this? Romer tech support said that I first needed to get the probe ID number and the distance from the center of the probe ball to the surface of the probe tip that mates to the probe body. I have this info and I'm waiting for further help from Romer tech support but maybe someone else who has done this could give me some pointers. We have a Romer Infinite 2.0 arm. Thanks
