Hello Everyone,
I know this is a forum related to PCDmis, but I was hoping some of you have experience with DOCS tube software.
I am new to the romer and am having an issue with my romer arm connecting to docs software.
heres a basic run through of whats happening.
Start romer arm and docs
run through all the axis to get a connection between docs and the arm
Start a reverse engineer tube measurement
input known tube properties
click ok to start measurement
once the measurement dialogs open I get an error message stating the following
"cooridinate measuring machine operation failed.
error reported!
no further information is avaliable"
I have tried multiple times and get the same error message everytime, with no details in the error, so I am slightly at a loss as to where to go from here.
Any help is much apreciated.
