Been a while since i posted.
Im keen to know if any of you guys have upgraded youre trackers (faro or leica) with the lastest version of pc-dmis portable.
Especially those who have experience of SA and Metrolog.
I'm pretty green with PC-DMIS at this point, but first impressions are that Metrolog is a much more user friendly interface. Maybe there are better ways of doing things in PC-DMIS, but right now I don't see them. A rep from Exact Metrology is stopping in on Wednesday to "set up" our arm and go over any questions I have. Maybe he point out some quicker ways.
