My software always worked until I sent my Romer and computer to another department at my work. I think they calibrate it, but now I'm no more able to open my PC-DMIS.. it says : you do not have a port lock. cannot continue.
But my arm is still working because I can't take measurement with RDS 3.2 (QuickMeasure).
