having trouble measuring holes gr=etting errorous reading

i tried to measure a circle that i know measures 11.9 but the pcdmis soft ware came up with 338 units are correct calibration passed not sure what is wrong

I'm guessing workplane. I'll bet it's a manually learned hole, NOT from cad data.

You could be right. But it's hard to answer without more information.
Better to see the code and not have to guess. IMO.
