I just updated my portlock key since it expired. The lock works good on my laptop but when I try to open Pcdmis on my desktop i get the DLL failed to load:interfac.dll message. I am using PCDMIS 2010 ver. 4.2 MR1 and a ROMER Infinite arm. Any suggestions?
Was your laptop connected to the CMM when it "worked"? If so, that sounds like it is an offline not online portlock program. In about 3 out of 5 cases, the "new portlock program" I get sent to me is incorrect. I guess they just don't know what they sold me and have been supporting for me for 18 years.
