Surface profile callout for non-flat features

I have an issue with PCDMIS not wanting to allow me to tolerance a surface profile callout for features that are something other than a plane, when using exact measure dimensioning. Will I get the proper results if I use legacy dimensioning?

You can only Profile Scans or Sets. Re-read the last lab from your training manual.
