Looking for someone who runs a Faro Arm (Silver) with PCDMIS to help me out...

I have some questions pertaining to pulled hits & measurement stratagies. Is there anyone here who would be able to give me a hand as the portable manual is not all that helpfull.

Is it just me or do pulled hits not work properly & is there communication issues with the arm?
