Before we send the arm in to be looked at, figured I would post here and see if anybody has run into this and if there is some kind of voodoo you can use to make it work again.
Our Romer with the RS1 scanner doesn't recognize that you have a probe installed anymore.
A little back ground. The button on the left side ( delete point button ) got ripped off the arm the other day, called tech support and they sent a new button. Replaced the button by removing the four allen head screws and sliding the new button in place. Now arm doesn't recognize the probes, worked fine prior to button replacement. Called tech support back and they said this happens sometimes when replacing the button.
The laser part works fine yet.
