Hello all,
We tried to tweak in our arm ( should of left it alone) it was off .005 on length check, by changing the numbers on the encoders. well that didn't help it - so we put it back to the original numbers. Now when we measure a 4" standard we get 4.234" using a 6mm ball. Anyone know how to fix that? Seems to be reading from the center of the ball ?
