Hi everyone, first time posting on here.
Within the last week we have been having issues with the active tip list for one of our arms.
We have 2 Romer Absolute Arms. One is a 7525 and the other is a 7530. We are runnning PC-DMIS 2011 MR1 on both laptops. The
Out of nowhere in the active tip list in the Settings toolbar, it will only allow us to select *TIP0. It only does this with the 3mm and 6mm probes. The reference probe seems to work just fine. I tried calibrating each of the probes in RDS and they calibrate just fine but it still wont let me select the normal TIP1 from the list. It still shows *TIP0.
Any help on this would be appreciated. I'm sure its a simple fix but I am by no means an expert with PC-DMIS and I'm sick of wasting time trying to figure the issue out.
